Nernst N-802 Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer

Short Description:

Overview

The Nernst N-802 zirconia trace oxygen analyzer is a new analytical instrument developed using the latest zirconia detection technology and microcomputer technology. It can be used for continuous automatic analysis of oxygen content in air separation nitrogen production, chemical processes, glass, and building materials. It can also be used for measuring oxygen content in protective atmospheres of high-temperature sintering furnaces such as protective gases and magnetic materials in the electronics industry.

Features

High quality zirconia detection components are selected, which have the characteristics of long lifespan and fast response.
Unique air path design, with good air tightness, impermeability, and water absorption resistance.
The instrument adopts a large screen full-color touch screen and human-computer interaction menu.
Real time clock display.
Can connect to a printer to achieve timed automatic printing.
It has a timed automatic storage function and can view stored data at any time.
Equipped with a paperless recorder function, it automatically records the curve of oxygen concentration changes over time.
Equipped with RS232 and RS485 communication ports, it can be connected to a computer to achieve real-time data transmission, data storage, curve trend charts, printing reports, and other functions.
Can set upper and lower limit alarm points, with alarm contact output.
Can be calibrated online with standard gas.
The output current can be selected as 0-10mA, 0-20mA, 4-20mA.
