The Nernst NP35A portable acid dew point analyzer is an instrument used to monitor the acid dew point temperature in boiler and heating furnace flue gas.
After using the Nernst NP35A portable acid dew point analyzer, the acid dew point value(0°C~200°C ACID DEW), steam (% water vapor value) or dew point (-50°C~100 ° C), water content (g/kg), and humidity value RH in boiler and heating furnace flue gas can be accurately determined.
Users can control the exhaust gas temperature within a range slightly higher than the flue gas acid dew point based on the acid dew point temperature displayed by the acid dew point analyzer or the 4-20mA output signal. Thus, the exhaust gas temperature of boilers and heating furnaces can be effectively controlled. Reduce equipment low-temperature sulfuric acid dew point corrosion. Improve operational thermal efficiency. Improve the safety of boiler operation and extend the service life of equipment.
