Application and measurement methods of the N2032 O2/CO two-component analyzer

The Nernst N2032 O2/CO two-component analyzer is mainly used to measure the oxygen content in the flue gas after combustion.

 

When there is incomplete combustion due to insufficient air, the oxygen content gradually decreases, and the corresponding CO concentration will increase significantly. The O2/CO probe with CO sensor can measure the PPM level CO concentration at this time and display it through the analyzer, thus controlling the combustion in a good state and ensuring the safety of personnel.

 

When the excess air reaches a completely CO-free combustion, the sensor signals UO2 and UCO/H2 are the same, and according to the “Nernst” principle, the analyzer displays the oxygen content of the current flue gas channel.
