Recently, our company received a project. The equipment provided by the client for this project is a tube furnace, with a maximum temperature inside the furnace reaching 1300℃. It is necessary to measure the water vapor content of the medium and low temperature gas in the inlet pipeline, as well as the water vapor content under high temperature in the heating section of the tube furnace. Therefore, we installed one probe on the inlet pipeline of the tube furnace to measure the water vapor content of gas at 0~900℃. Additionally, we installed another probe in the high temperature section of the tube furnace to measure the water vapor content of gas at 700~1300℃.
Since one Nernst high-temperature water vapor analyzer can be equipped with two probes simultaneously, it significantly reduces the procurement costs for customers. Customers can monitor the water vapor content at the low-temperature inlet of the tubular furnace and the water vapor content in the high-temperature section of the tubular furnace simultaneously on the PLC, which plays a crucial role in controlling product quality.
